Guillaume II des Barres (né vers 1160 et mort en 1234) est un grand chevalier français des xiie et xiiie siècles. Attaché au service du roi Philippe-Auguste, il joue un rôle déterminant, d'après le chroniqueur Guillaume le Breton, lors de la bataille de Bouvines.

Figurki utrzymane w skali 28 mm są dość szczegółowe i jednocześnie na tyle zwarte, by ich malowanie nie wymagało męczącej gimnastyki pędzlem. Jakość odlewu jest dobra, a ilość detali odpowiednia. Nie zauważyłem większych linii podziału formy, czy nadlewek. Choć należy zauważyć, że w przypadku wierzchowca proces odlewania nie zakończył się pełnym sukcesem, gdyż figurka konia pękła na wysokości siodła. Na szczęście stało się to w miejscu, które łatwo skleić i zasłonić figurką jeźdźca. The set consists of 5 elements cast in white metal depicting the character in the foot and mounted versions, which in both versions is dressed in a tunic over the mail armor, the warrior does not wear a helmet, and in combat he protects himself behind a shield, and strikes enemies with a spear - in the foot version or with a sword - in the mounted version. Miniatures in a scale of 28 mm are quite detailed and, at the same time, compact enough that painting them does not require strenuous gymnastics with a brush. The quality of the casting is good and the amount of details is right. I did not notice any major mold dividing lines or traps. However, it should be noted that in the case of the mount, the casting process was not entirely successful, as the horse miniatures broke at the height of the saddle. Fortunately, it happened in a place that is easy to glue and cover with a cavalryman miniatures. In Warheim FS, the model will play the role of the Questing Knights in the Grail Knights of Bretonnia with a high degree of probability.
