Dziś na blogu DansE MacabrE mam dla Was przedpremierową recenzję zestawu – z pachnącego ciętym laserem HDF-u – Łodzie i czółna od Kromlech.eu. Zestaw sprzedawany jest w formie do samodzielnego montażu i pomalowania. Ramki z elementami do złożenia łodzi i czółna, które były częścią większej, dobrze zabezpieczonej przesyłki, otrzymałem zapakowane w folię. Ponieważ produkt nie trafił jeszcze do sprzedaży, wewnątrz nie znalazłem firmowych ulotek z charakterystycznym dla Kromlech.eu kodem QR prowadzącym do pliku z instrukcją składania. Instrukcję otrzymałem osobno, w wersji cyfrowej, i wykorzystałem do złożenia modeli, które możecie obejrzeć poniżej. Ramki występują w kilku grubościach – w zależności od rodzaju znajdujących się na nich elementów. Po zdjęciu opakowania warsztat wypełnił się charakterystycznym zapachem ciętego laserem HDF-u, który albo się lubi, albo nie. Ja lubię. Dlatego niezwłocznie przystąpiłem do sklejania modeli. Choć elementów jest sporo, czytelna instrukcja i dobrze spasowane części pozwoliły mi złożyć zestaw w około dwie godziny. Zestaw przedstawia – na tyle, na ile mogę to ocenić okiem szczura lądowego – dwie większe i trzy mniejsze łodzie wiosłowe oraz jedno czółno. A to nie wszystko – zestaw pozwala również na złożenie trzech elementów pomostu, a także beczki, skrzyni i zestawu wioseł. Z uwagi na materiał, z jakiego został wykonany, zestaw jest dość uproszczony, ale w zupełności wystarczający na potrzeby gier bitewnych. Polecam – chyba że wolicie, żeby Wasze figurki przeprawiały się wpław albo na tratwach! To ciekawy dodatek do każdej makiety rzeki, stawu czy portu – szczególnie jeśli cenicie modularność i szybkość składania zestawu. |
Today on the DansE MacabrE blog, I have a pre-release review of the Boats and Dinghies set from Kromlech.eu – made of laser-cut HDF, carrying its distinctive burnt-wood scent. The set comes as a DIY kit, ready for assembly and painting. The sprues with parts for assembling the boats and dinghies arrived sealed in plastic, as part of a larger, well-secured shipment. Since the product is not yet available for sale, there were no company leaflets inside with Kromlech.eu’s trademark QR code linking to the assembly instructions. I received the instructions separately in digital form and used them to assemble the models you can see below. The sprues come in several thicknesses, depending on the type of components included. Once unpacked, the workshop quickly filled with the distinct smell of laser-cut HDF – which you either love or hate. I happen to love it. So I got straight to work. Although there are quite a few pieces, the clear instructions and well-fitting parts allowed me to complete the set in about two hours. The set includes – as far as I can tell with my landlubber’s eye – two larger and three smaller rowboats, as well as one dinghy. And that’s not all – the kit also lets you build three sections of dock, plus a barrel, a crate, and a set of oars. Due to the nature of the material, the set is rather simplified – but perfectly adequate for tabletop wargaming needs. I highly recommend it – unless, of course, you'd prefer to have your miniatures swim across or drift on makeshift rafts! It’s a great addition to any river, pond, or harbor terrain – especially if you value modularity and ease of assembly. |
