| Dziś przygotowałem dla Was krótką recenzję modelu Salamander od Avatars of War. Model salamandry otrzymałem zapakowany w przeźroczysty blister, w którym oprócz zabezpieczonego szarą gąbką podzielonego na części modelu znalazły się także dwie podstawki 40 mm kwadratowa i okrągła. Odlany z szarej, gumowatej żywicy model został podzielony na na 7 części, w tym fragment schodów, montaż części nie sprawił większych problemów, może dlatego, że skorzystałem ze sposobu który na swoim blogu fat lazy painter przedstawił Grish. Jak wspomniałem wcześniej jaszczurka została odlana z szarej, gumowanej żywicy. Plusem tego rozwiązania jest to, że model jest lekki i elastyczny, nie powinien się złamać nawet po upadku z wysokości. Jakość odlewu jest na wysokim poziomie, a nieliczne pozostałości po procesie odlewania są łatwe do usunięcia. Podobnie jakość detali jest na wysokim poziomie, choć moim zdaniem bliżej jej do metalowych odlewów niż ostrych szczegółów projektowanych pod żywicę figurek. Jeśli szukacie modelu dużej jaszczurki do kompanii Jaszczuroludzi z Lustrii to polecam Wam model Salamandry od Avatars of War lub drugiego z dużych gadów, czyli Spearback Lizard. I received the salamander miniatures packed in a transparent blister, in which, apart from the miniatures protected by a gray sponge, divided into parts, there were also two 40 mm square and round bases. The miniatures, cast from gray, rubbery resin, has been divided into 7 parts, one of them is a fragment of the stairs, the assembly of the parts was not too problematic, maybe because I used the method that Grish presented on his fat lazy painter blog. As mentioned earlier, the lizard was cast from gray rubberized resin. The advantage of this solution is that the model is light and flexible, it should not break even after a fall from a height. The quality of the casting is at a high level and the few remnants of the casting process are easy to remove. Similarly, the quality of details is at a high level, although in my opinion it is closer to metal castings than to sharp details projected into the resin figures. If you are looking for a large lizard miniatures for the Lizardmen from Lustria company, I recommend you the Salamander model from Avatars of War or the other large reptile, the Spearback Lizard.
