| Dziś mam dla Was recenzję modelu Rotten Butcher (Demon of Plague) od Kromlech. Figurkę, chyba jedną z największych, a na pewno jedną z najcięższych w mojej kolekcji otrzymałem wiele lat temu, zapakowaną solidnie w kartonowe pudełko, w którym bez uszczerbku przeleżała cały ten czas. Odlany w 5 elementach z szarej żywicy model przedstawia wielkiego demona boga zarazy, którego nabrzmiałe ciało, tam gdzie nie jest chronione płytami skorodowanego pancerza, pokryte jest gnijącymi ranami, ropiejącymi wrzodami i mutacjami. Choć model dedykowany jest w skali 28 mm to mierzy około 12 cm wzrostu i góruje nad zwykłą piechotą, co możecie zobaczyć na ostatnim zdjęciu, gdzie w większości towarzyszą mu niemałe modele od Rotten Factory. Jakość odlewu jest bardzo dobra, nie zauważyłem większych nadlewek, widoczne są jedynie niewielkie linie podziału formy. Z racji rozmiaru model jest bogaty w detale, których malowanie powinno ucieszyć wszystkich fanów Nurgla, gdyż mnogość różnorakich ran, wrzodów i infekcji pozwala wyszaleć się malarsko. Przy okazji podzielę się też moim pomysłem na sklejenie tak dużych żywicznych modeli, niestety nie pomyślałem o tym, żeby zrobić zdjęcia. Kiedyś używałem patentu z klejem cyjanoakrylowym i fragmentami papierowych ręczników, jednak często wymagało to późniejszego użycia szpachli modelarskiej. Jednak tym razem postanowiłem użyć samej szpachli modelarskiej (ja użyłem Plastik Putty od Vallejo) i kleju cyjanoakrylowego. Szpachlę modelarską rozprowadziłem w pobliżu krawędzi sklejanych fragmentów, a następnie dodałem do tego kilka kropel kleju cyjanoakrylowego i złączyłem sklejane elementy. Klej po zmieszaniu ze szpachlą stworzył mocne, szybko schnące łączenie, które dodatkowo wypełniło szczeliny. Jako, że w Warheim FS póki co nie występują jeszcze Wielkie Demony w czasie rozgrywek model będę wystawiał na zasadach rydwanu lub więźniarki, dlatego stoi na podstawce rydwanowej. I received the miniatures, probably one of the largest, and certainly one of the heaviest in my collection, many years ago, packed solidly in a cardboard box, in which it remained undamaged all this time. Cast in 5 pieces from gray resin, the miniatures depicts the great demon of the plague god, whose swollen body, where it is not protected by plates of corroded armor, is covered with rotting wounds, festering ulcers and mutations. Although the miniatures is dedicated to the scale of 28 mm, it is approximately 12 cm tall and towers over ordinary infantry, which you can see in the last photo, where it is mostly accompanied by quite large miniatures from Rotten Factory. The quality of the casting is very good, I did not notice any larger sprues, only small mold division lines are visible. Due to its size, the miniatures is rich in details, the painting of which should please all Nurgle fans, as the multitude of various wounds, ulcers and infections allows you to paint wildly. By the way, I will also share my idea for gluing such large resin miniatures, unfortunately I didn't think about taking photos. I used to use a patent with cyanoacrylate glue and fragments of paper towels, but this often required the subsequent use of modeling putty. However, this time I decided to use only modeling putty (I used Plastik Putty from Vallejo) and cyanoacrylate glue. I spread modeling putty near the edges of the glued fragments, then added a few drops of cyanoacrylate glue and joined the glued elements. When mixed with putty, the glue created a strong, quick-drying bond that additionally filled the gaps. As there are no Great Demons in Warheim FS yet, I will use the model as a chariot or prisoner cart, so it is placed on a chariot base.
